The mission of AWTW is that we aim to inspire confidence and embrace inclusivity, utilizing the most comprehensive and holistic-oriented psycho-therapeutic treatment methods while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards. Our practice model is like no other, as we operate as a semi-traditional private practice. By providing our independent contractors with a competitive percentage split, which includes bonus/incentive opportunity once established, insurance credentialing, scheduling, billing, and referral source support to name a few, which allows you to focus on and care for your clients. You will be working alongside a team of other licensed clinicians and an experienced practice manager. You are welcome to transfer your existing client caseloads.

 

Open to fully licensed [DE] individuals Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCMH). Additional certifications such as EMDR, CADC/CAADC, etc are a welcomed plus. Interested individually licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) are also welcome to apply.
